When you use our calculators or submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about your property purchase. We also collect anonymous usage data via Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to provide refund estimates, to email you the results you asked for, and to fulfil orders for the DIY Claim Pack. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not pass it to claims firms, tax advisers, or solicitors.
Data sharing
We do not share your details with any third party for marketing or referral purposes. The only processors that see your data are the services needed to run the site: our email provider (to send you a result you requested), our database provider (to store it), and Stripe (to take payment for the DIY Claim Pack).
